1. Refund Eligibility Criteria
>> Rescheduling Of Session
We at Therapy By Saachi provide users with the flexibility to reschedule their sessions to a later time. Any rescheduling request will be processed based on the time at which the user requests and the availability of the Psychologist. More details about rescheduling are given beside.
>> Subscription Fees
Refunds for subscription fees are eligible up-to 48hrs days before the Date of the session. Within the first 2 days from the date of purchase. After this period, subscription fees are non-refundable.
>> One-time Purchases
For one-time purchases, refunds are eligible if availed up-to 3 days before the Date of the session. After this period, one-time purchases are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Our team will review your refund request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
>> Refund Approval/Rejection
Upon verification, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
>> Refund Amount
The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable fees or charges.
4. Exceptions
>> Service Utilisation
Refunds will not be issued for subscription periods or services already utilised. We recommend cancelling subscriptions before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
>> Third-Party Services
Please note that third-party services integrated with Therapy By Saachi may have their own refund policies. Refunds for such services will be subject to the terms of the respective third-party provider.
